Tip of the Week

International Reply Coupons, or IRC`s, help you extend the courtesy of a "Self-Addressed Stamped Envelope" (SASE) to those in other countries. The enclosure of a self-addressed envelope and one or two IRC`s accomplishes the same thing as the SASE. If the expected response is going to be only one sheet of paper, one IRC should be enough. Any more than that, though, and you should probably send two or three along with your request. You can get IRC`s at most larger post offices.
