Tip of the Week

Always print two copies of each letter you write. Then you can mail the original and keep a copy for your file. You may wish to file all letters in a "pending" file when you first send them out, and then re-file them in a "closed" file when you receive a response. This makes it easy to see what letters you have already written and keeps you from duplicating your efforts.
